Most of your content problems aren't strategy problems. They're politeness problems. They're people-pleasing problems. They're still-trying-to-sound-legit-and-prove-yourself problems. None of which will be fixed by a jazzy set of Canva templates, a colour-coded content calendar, or a swipe filled with even the best ChatGPT prompts... Your messaging glow up is directly related to how brave and ballsy you are. By that I mean: 1) You point out exactly where your people are (still) going wrong. You are not afraid to reference the specific thoughts, patterns, beliefs and behaviours that are keeping your clients stuck or struggling. This not about mean or shady. This is not about making anyone feel ashamed for now knowing/doing better. This is how you say, "hey, I know EXACTLY what is going on for you behind the scenes and EXACTLY how to fix it." At Daire HQ, we'll never be a fan of the mean girl marketing that goes all in on pain points all the damn time, but we are big believers in being direct as needed. 9/10 experts address the symptoms, not the cause. If you are willing to name what is actually at play... your people are just going to feel so seen. That feeling sells. 2) You already see your audience as sold and you act accordingly. You are not still trying to convince your audience that your industry has merit or that you are worthy of their time. You are not auditioning for sales. When you start believing that it is inevitable for every follower to become a buyer, the internal and external shifts are palpable. You stop being so tentative. You claim the space you deserve and use your voice at full volume. You no longer put pressure on any one piece of content to be "the one" that performs in a certain way. In short, you show up from a power position and that is hella magnetic. 3) You let your weird little self go wild.Stop micromanaging your image. Be who you actually are. Let your people see your bizarre sense of humour. Make your geeky little pop culture references. Dazzle us with your niche hobbies. It doesn't have to be "all business, all the time". Because here's the thing - for better or worse, there are hundreds, possibly thousands of people out there selling what you sell. The thing that makes someone choose you is the human factor. I say this from experience. I am someone who makes a decent amount of sales online, and most of those people end up working with me for 6 months or longer. It's not just because my offers are solid, it's because we've bonded over:
The bravest thing you can do for your business is own all of who you are. Even the bits that seem irrelevant. Lock in these three upgrades and I guarantee you'll see a shift, but if you want even more - the tools, the templates, the cheat codes to make this your visibility era... The Content That Converts Bundle is FREE right now and packed with 75+ resources to help you write better, faster, and with way more edge. Resources that include my Messaging Like a Maniac training btw. That means this this week - for £0 - you'll learn how to:
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Snag the bundle here before it disappears (on February 8th) Let this be the month you stop being at the mercy of lacklustre messaging. Daire xoGoing down at Daire HQ 👇This email contains affiliate links. |

March 2026 💻behind-the-scenes in biz💻 The past couple have months have been a convergence of 3 huge projects. We had my 10 year business anniversary sale (which was immense btw), we had the complete overhaul and upgrade of Unshakeable Business Academy, and we had the pulling together of my next summit, Against the Grain Growth. If there's one thing I get asked about on Instagram more than anything else - not counting my snack plates, of course - it's my whiteboard... I'm pretty open about this being the process that helped me double my mailing list and triple my revenue in 2025, without having to do more/show up more/sacrifice more. And every time you guys get a little glimpse in my Stories, the DMs start rolling in... "What do you put on there?" "How does it all work?" "Do you have a training on this?" Before now,...
